Ultrasonic emulsification/dispersion system mainly use the multi-effect of ultrasonic such as dispersion, crushing, activation etc.. Key Features:

1. Put the Ultrasonic Amplitude Transformer into the reaction liquid, so the ultrasonic energy enter the reaction system directly, not necessary to transfer by the wall of cleaning trough. The advantage is to transmit the large amounts of energy directly into the reaction media, so that the electrical energy can efficiently translate into mechanical energy, and users may control the ultrasonic energy through adjusting the range of amplitude.

2. With high extendibility.

(1) Optional cooling water circulation device. Cooling water circulation system is comprised of cooling water circulator and special double-deck glass reactor, realize the accurate controlling of any temperature points among the scope: －50～300℃, effectively avoiding the damage of the sample organization that caused by high temperature.Its much more convenient and precise than traditional ice-bath cooling.

(2) Optional magnetic stirring apparatus. Through magnetic stirring to enhance the sample emulsifiaction ratio, the treating effect will be better.
