Our company's series of low-temperature constant temperature baths adopt a fluorine free refrigeration system, and the main components are directly imported, with stable and reliable performance. Widely used in research departments such as petroleum, chemical, electronic instruments, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, medicine and health, life sciences, light industry and food, physical property testing and chemical analysis, universities, enterprise quality inspection and production departments, providing users with a controlled cold and hot liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature during work. It can be directly used for constant temperature testing or testing of test samples or produced products in the tank, and can be used for direct heating or cooling as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source, such as temperature control for reaction vessels, fully automatic synthesis instruments, extraction and condensation devices.

Technical features:

● The fully enclosed environmentally friendly compressor refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly refrigerants that comply with the Montreal Convention.
● Temperature range: -120~100 ℃ can be selected (the medium can be pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc. according to the temperature range);
● Temperature control function: Equipped with an integrated next-generation PID automatic temperature control program, with a built-in high-precision PT100 temperature sensor rated AAA. Equipped with a large screen high brightness LCD screen, displaying in both Chinese and English, with a digital resolution of 0.01 ℃, ensuring precise and stable temperature control.

● Capacity range: 6L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and non-standard design and production can also be fully customized according to user requirements.
Internal circulation function: Adopting a non heat centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the influence of traditional water pumps on the tank temperature field due to their own heat generation. The internal circulation system is designed based on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation, achieving turbulent and highly uniform flow and temperature fields within the tank.

●The body shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spraying technology, and the inner liner and tabletop are made of high-quality S304 brushed stainless steel material.
The finely crafted front panel and tabletop of the chassis, coupled with a unique humanized R-rounded design structure, can prevent operators from being accidentally injured by sharp edges.
The drainage system can meet the needs of various laboratories and enterprises for liquid exchange during production.

2. Equipped with upper and lower temperature alarm setting function
3. Low water level protection and alarm function
4. Temperature runaway protection and alarm function

Optional Function Guide

1. An optional extended external PT100 temperature sensor can be used to detect and control the temperature of the external system in real-time during external circulation.
2. Optional built-in 1-30 segment temperature control program or constant speed program temperature control, which can perform automatic program temperature control and display the real-time running status of the set temperature time program.
3. Optional RS232 or RS485 communication interface, easy to connect to the upper computer, with Modbus RTU communication protocol.
4. Optional design and installation of magnetic stirring system, which can directly perform magnetic stirring on liquid samples placed in beakers in the constant temperature bath working room, without the need for an external vertical mixer, reducing redundant operations.
5. Optional cooling coils built into the tank can quickly cool and control the exothermic reaction of the system.
6. Optional height adjustable immersion platform for easy adjustment of the liquid level of the immersed sample.
7. Optional horizontal design, featuring compact structure, lowered center of gravity, and strong stability.

Manufacturer friendly reminder - When selecting a thermostatic bath, the following points should be considered::

  1. Firstly, what is the range of temperature required for use? What medium is used as the temperature field carrier, and the medium used varies depending on the temperature range. The medium is generally selected according to the temperature range: ethylene glycol for water (low temperature), alcohol (ultra-low temperature), pure water (5-95 ℃), imported dimethyl silicone oil (suitable for high and low temperatures), etc.

  2. Choose the appropriate capacity of the constant temperature bath based on your actual situation. The correct calculation method for effective working volume is: the opening size of the working bath plus the bath depth, in millimeters.

  3. It is a requirement for the temperature uniformity of the constant temperature bath temperature field. Our company divides it into two categories: 1. Ordinary type: ± 0.05 ℃. 2、 Ultra high precision type: ± 0.0050 ℃ (used as a calibration standard in the manufacturing of various thermometers, various types of thermistors, and other temperature measuring instruments)

  4. 4. What is the maximum head of the external circulation function depending on the usage situation.
