Product Description
This instrument is used for aseptic crushing, which can break chromosomes and cells through a centrifuge tube (suitable for handling hazardous biological materials and harmful samples). The instrument is equipped with a silencing and compression device. Compared to traditional probe ultrasonic cell disruptors, the probe comes into direct contact with the sample and requires repeated use of the same probe, which can easily cause cross contamination of the sample. Due to the different depths at which the probe is inserted into the sample, the energy distribution of each ultrasound is also different, which affects the repeatability and accuracy of the experimental results. This instrument does not require frequent operation of the probe, and all samples are stored in separate fully enclosed test tubes. The ultrasonic energy distribution is uniform, the experimental efficiency is high, the results are reliable, and the repeatability is good It has gradually become an indispensable standardized tool for ChIP chromatin immunoprecipitation and DNA splicing research platforms.
