Ultrasonic ultra-high pressure polymerization reaction system

The ATPIO series ultrasonic ultra-high pressure polymerization reaction system is developed by our company after many years of experience. In the field of chemical preparation and testing, it is the first to combine ultrasonic and high-pressure technology without interference, realizing the synergistic treatment of ultrasonic and high-pressure reactions. Based on this technology, the excellent characteristics of ultrasound, including mechanical effects, thermal effects, physicochemical effects (including dispersion, thixotropy, cavitation), good directionality, and strong penetration ability, can not only improve the diffusion rate of fluids in reactants, but also play a role in heterogeneous nucleation. The product has functions such as ultrasonic and pressure regulation, timing, quantitative and temperature control. Suitable for rapid, efficient, and targeted synthesis of specified chemical monomers and target mixtures, applicable in fields involving the extraction of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, synthesis of organic-inorganic compounds, drug intermediates, and nanomaterials, development of energy fuels and their new energy products. The processing has the characteristics of high chemical selectivity, high extraction efficiency, low loss rate of active ingredients, and high product crystallinity. In the preparation process of organic compounds, inorganic compounds, polymer polymerization, and metal nanomaterials, uniform sizing synthesis has been achieved, and non target reactions such as side reactions and chain reactions involving organic compounds can be effectively overcome.

Characteristics of ultrasonic ultra-high pressure polymerization reaction system:
The device has optional ultrasonic frequency and quantity, adjustable internal volume and gas release rate of the reaction kettle, and is equipped with mechanical stirring, rapid heating functions, etc. Based on the basic principles of fluid mechanics and mechanical science, the device adopts variable frequency stirring technology, combined with the cavitation effect of the ultrasonic system, to achieve turbulent and highly uniform flow and temperature fields in the kettle.

Product features:
The Nanjing Xianou XO-GY series ultrasonic ultra-high pressure polymerization reaction system has separate control and collaborative functions of ultrasonic and reactor pressure.
Adopting a foreign focused ultrasonic generation system with stable performance; Ultrasonic power can be fine tuned; Ultrasonic frequency: 25KHz, the ultrasonic frequency range can be selected from 15-40KHz, and the ultrasonic probe can be selected to intervene or not in the sample, acting on the sample function through cavitation effect or air transmission.
The high-pressure reactor can be optionally equipped with SUS304 stainless steel with PTFE coating corrosion-resistant material, which can be used for ultra-low temperature vacuum drying or other anhydrous reactions, low-temperature reactions, polymerization reactions, etc. through a low-temperature cooling vacuum pump system;
Polytetrafluoroethylene digestion function with temperature (or pressure) control and magnetic stirring (hydrothermal synthesis reactor);
The reaction vessel can be optionally equipped with a uniquely designed cooling water device, which can control the temperature from -70 to 500 ¡æ, the world's first;
Equipped with a high-precision platinum sensing temperature measurement system, it can accurately detect the reaction temperature in real time and control the reaction process temperature accurately; Control range: room temperature -400 ¡æ, temperature control accuracy: ¡Ü ¡À1¡æ£»

The reaction kettle can be optionally equipped with programmable temperature control function;
