Product Description

The XO-SM series ultrasonic microwave synergistic reaction system is a new product developed through years of cooperation between our company and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In the field of chemical preparation and detection, it combines ultrasound and microwave technology without interference, achieving synergistic processing of ultrasound and microwave. Based on this technology, the XO-SM series products have functions such as independent adjustable ultrasonic and microwave power, timed and temperature controlled full window control, etc. Suitable for rapid, efficient, and targeted synthesis of specified chemical monomers and target mixtures, applicable in fields involving the extraction of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine, synthesis of organic-inorganic compounds, drug intermediates, and nanomaterials, development of energy fuels and their new energy products. The processing has the characteristics of high chemical selectivity, high extraction efficiency, low loss rate of active ingredients, and high product crystallinity. In addition, it achieves uniform size synthesis in inorganic polymer polymerization and preparation of metal nanomaterials, and can effectively overcome non target reactions such as side reactions and chain reactions involving organic compounds.

The ultrasonic microwave combined reaction system includes ultrasonic device, microwave device, circulating chiller (optional), lifting device, condensation reflux device, visual operation interface, fiber optic temperature measurement accessories, program controlled refrigeration or superconducting cooling device, etc. The ultrasonic device includes an ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic transducer, ultrasonic power supply, ultrasonic temperature control display, ultrasonic time control display, and ultrasonic power control display; Microwave devices include magnetrons, waveguides, microwave temperature control displays, microwave time control displays, and microwave power control displays; The circulating chiller device includes a temperature control display (maximum low operating temperature (-80 ˇć), a time display controller, and a circulating pump; The condensing device includes a reflux condenser, a triangular bottle, a glass conduit, a sealing plug, and a circulating insulation material; The visual operation interface includes a visual control system and a real-time reaction monitoring system; Fiber optic temperature measurement accessories include foreign fiber optic temperature measurement equipment and platinum resistance sensor components; The refrigeration and superconducting cooling device includes a program-controlled refrigeration and superconducting rapid cooling system.

The Nanjing Xianou XO-SM series ultrasonic microwave collaborative reaction system has separate control and collaborative functions for microwave, ultrasonic, and microwave ultrasonic. The system simultaneously implements functions such as visual interface control, high-precision program temperature control, multi-channel data storage, and directional transmission.
Adopting a foreign pulse microwave generation system with stable performance; Microwave power can be fine tuned; Microwave frequency: 2450MHz;
The ultrasound power can be fine tuned; Ultrasonic frequency: 25KHz, the ultrasonic frequency range can be selected from 15-40KHz, and the ultrasonic probe can be selected to intervene or not in the sample, acting on the sample function through cavitation effect or air transmission.
The ultrasonic transducer has an automatic lifting function, which can accurately control the immersion level according to experimental requirements. The vertical lifting immersion level accuracy is ˇŔ 0.1mm
Equipped with a UV catalytic device, wavelength: 253.7nm, power: 200W.
The reaction kettle can be equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene or high-temperature and corrosion-resistant glass materials, and can be used for ultra-low temperature microwave vacuum drying or other anhydrous reactions, low-temperature reactions, polymerization reactions, etc. through a low-temperature cooling vacuum pump system;

Adopting a unique variable frequency blower cooling and program-controlled refrigeration device to maintain a constant temperature inside the chamber;
