● Fully enclosed environmentally friendly compressor cooling system, no CFC, the biggest feature: it can directly start the compressor cooling at 200℃ (not damage the compressor)。

Temperature range:Optional-50~200℃(The medium is selected according to the temperature range: pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, methyl silicone oil)。

● Temperature control function:Insert integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program, Built-in high-precision PT100 temperature sensor AAA grade. Equipped with a large screen highlighted LCD screen, compared with Chinese and English, and the digital display resolution is:0.01℃,Ensure accurate and stable temperature control。

● Capacity range:6L、10L、15L、20L、30L、50L、100L,It can also be designed and produced completely according to the user's requirements

●Internal circulation function: Use heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to avoid traditional water pumps affecting the temperature field of the tank due to their own heat generation. The internal circulation system is designed for porous U-shaped reflux circulation principle, which realizes turbulence and height uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank body.

●The body shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic plastic spraying technology, and the inner liner and countertop are made of high-quality S304 brushed stainless steel。

●The finely crafted chassis front panel and countertop, coupled with a unique humanized R rounded corner design structure, can prevent the operator from being injured by edges and corners inadvertently.。

● The water discharge system can meet the production and liquid replacement of various laboratories and enterprises。

1.An extended external PT100 temperature sensor can be optionally equipped to detect and control the temperature of the external system during external circulation in real time.

2.Optionally, the built-in 1~30-segment temperature control program can be equipped with automatic program temperature control, and the set temperature-time program operation status can be displayed in real time.

4.The magnetic stirring system can be optionally designed and installed, so that the liquid samples placed in the beaker in the constant temperature tank can be directly magnetically stirred, without the need for an external vertical mixer, reducing redundant operations.

5.The cooling coils built into the tank body can be used to quickly cool down and control the exothermic reaction of the system.

Manufacturer friendly reminder-The following points should be considered for selection of constant temperature tanks:

1、First of all, what is the range of use required temperature? Which medium is used as the temperature carrier? The medium used varies from different temperature ranges. The medium is generally selected according to the temperature range: ethylene glycol combined with water (low temperature), alcohol (ultra-low temperature), pure water (5~95℃), imported dimethyl silicone oil (suitable for high and low temperatures), etc.。

2、The correct calculation method for the constant temperature tank of the work slot is: the size of the working slot opening plus the depth of the slot, in mm。

3、It is a requirement for the temperature uniformity of the constant temperature tank. Our company is divided into two categories:一、Normal type:±0.05℃。二、Ultra-high precision type:±0.0020℃。

4、Depending on whether the external circulation function is required, what is the maximum head of the external circulation。
