temperature control.
¡ñ Internal circulation function: It adopts a
heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the influence of heat
generated by traditional water pumps on the temperature field of the
tank. The internal circulation system is designed based on the
multi-hole U-shaped reflux circulation principle, achieving turbulent
and highly uniform flow and temperature fields within the tank.
The
body shell is made of mirror-finish anti-aging electrostatic spray paint
technology, and the inner tank and countertop are made of high-quality
S304 brushed stainless steel.
The finely crafted front panel and top
surface of the chassis, along with the unique and humanized R-shaped
corner design, can prevent operators from being accidentally injured by
sharp edges.
The drainage system can meet the liquid replacement needs of various laboratories and enterprises.

set temperature-time program operation status.
Optional RS232 or
RS485 communication interfaces are available, enabling easy connection
to the host computer via the ModbusRTU communication protocol.
4. An
optional magnetic stirring system can be designed and installed. It
enables direct magnetic stirring of samples placed in the beakers within
the constant temperature bath chamber, eliminating the need for an
external vertical stirrer and reducing cumbersome operations. At the
same time, it allows for closed processing, minimizing the loss of vapor
generated during the stirring process.
5. An optional built-in
cooling coil in the tank can be provided to rapidly cool and control the
exothermic reactions of the system.
6. An optional
height-adjustable immersion sample stage is available, allowing for easy
adjustment of the liquid level height of the immersed sample.

The medium is generally selected according to the temperature range: ethylene glycol for water (low temperature), alcohol (ultra-low temperature), pure water (5-95 ¡æ), imported dimethyl silicone oil (suitable for high and low temperatures), etc.
Choose the appropriate capacity of the constant temperature bath based on your actual situation. The correct calculation method for effective working volume is: the opening size of the working bath plus the bath depth, in millimeters.
