An insert high-sensitivity platinum resistance temperature sensor, which directly measures the actual reaction temperature in the digester tank, with a temperature measurement range of 0 to 300℃, and a temperature measurement accuracy of ±0.1℃; 6. The pressure and temperature in any reaction tank can be measured and controlled to accurately display the chemical reaction process; 7. A variety of materials and different capacity can be selected. Perfluorolysis tanks or FT double-layer digestion tanks can be configured: the inner tank of the FT digestion tank is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and the sheath is made of PEEK with a one-time die-casting of the fully imported material, which is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and strong acid corrosion; it is easy to disassemble and assemble, and has fast cooling; the double pressure protection digestion tanks of the air discharge hole and sealed bowl; 6 ultra-high pressure digestion tanks can be placed at the same time at a time; the furnace chamber ventilation adopts acid corrosion-resistant, high-volume centrifugal fan with air exhaust volume 5m3/min; 8. The technical special design has a one-click start-up self-locking ground safety sliding door to resist accidental explosions and microwave leakage.
