This device is based on the basic principles of fluid mechanics and mechanical science, and adopts a vertical confrontation impact system combined with a high-precision temperature system to achieve turbulent and highly uniform flow and temperature fields inside the kettle.
The device adopts bipolar modular program control and window type monitoring mode (optional), achieving seamless connection and programmatic control of different unit operations, reducing the requirement for the experience and skills of operators.

1. High precision multifunctional jet testing machine, including: high-precision temperature control system, pressure pump control system, plunger pump control system (bipolar), impact head protective cover, fixed bracket with adjustable angle and adjustable height lifting. The system simultaneously implements visual interface control and multi-channel data linkage control functions.
2. The maximum test pressure required for the jet testing machine is 40Mpa, which can be set arbitrarily according to needs, and the time can be set arbitrarily in seconds.
3. The jet nozzle can be quickly replaced, with nozzle diameters of 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, and 2.0mm respectively.
4. The tilt angle of the workbench can be adjusted, equipped with an angle scale display, which can be quickly adjusted within the range of 0 ¡ã -90 ¡ã. The distance between the nozzle and the test sample can be adjusted up and down, with a scale, and the scale adjustment accuracy is ¡À 0.1mm. Adjust the distance between the nozzle and the sample within a range of 1.0m.
5. The sample width is 25-30mm and the length is 180-200mm. It is required that the sample can be quickly clamped and disassembled.
6. The testing machine can achieve temperature measurement and control of water temperature, with a temperature control range between 0 ¡æ and 100 ¡æ, and the workbench can be operated visually.
7. The working chamber has good airtightness and does not allow water to overflow. Water is recycled and reused through a reflux pipeline.
