This machine is mainly suitable for directly converting liquid materials into trace powders in laboratories, without the need for filtering, concentrating, and crushing the materials before drying. It has broad-spectrum applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions.

Technical advantages of spray drying:
The XO-8000 spray dryer can directly obtain powder particle samples with good shape. The particles are naturally spherical, and the drying speed is fast. By using various other drying methods such as drying, freeze-drying, or rotary evaporation, the products obtained are solidified. To obtain powdered products, additional processing such as grinding and filtering is required, and the resulting product particles have irregular sizes and shapes.

二、 Working principle:
1. Dual flow nozzle:
The stainless steel spray device comprises an inner tube and an outer tube. The inner tube guides the liquid sample into a nozzle with a very small diameter; The outer tube introduces compressed gas into the nozzle. After mixing, a mist like spray is formed through the extremely narrow gap between the nozzle and the spray nozzle. The spray device is equipped with an automatic anti blocking device, which can prevent the nozzle from blocking when samples that are easy to coagulate or have large suspended particles are used in the experiment. The automatic anti blocking device is driven by a built-in compressor.
2. spray drying process
1) The dried liquid enters the spray system through the peristaltic pump from the container; The liquid is sprayed into the drying chamber through a nozzle, while compressed air enters the drying chamber from the outer sleeve to atomize the liquid.
2) The hot air enters from the upper layer and meets the liquid particles after spray, and the liquid begins to dry;
3) The dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas by a cyclone separator and then enter the collection bottle below. The exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere through a 50mm diameter hose.
4) The dryer can directly control variables such as inlet air temperature, hot air flow rate, peristaltic pump speed, compressed air flow rate, etc. through the control panel, and can be connected to a computer or data logger through an internet interface to achieve data acquisition, process monitoring, and control.

5、 Equipment performance and characteristics:

1. This machine is a self-contained system that does not require any additional equipment. It can be started at any time with electricity. The compact design of the whole machine allows it to be placed on a laboratory bench or a movable rack.
2. Simple and fast loading and unloading, easy and efficient operation; The built-in automatic pneumatic blockage removal device ensures the continuity, efficiency and safety of spray drying; With various spray drying cylinders suitable for samples with different properties, it has greater flexibility in selection.
3. The whole spray drying process is carried out in glassware. The operator can clearly observe the whole experiment process, and timely adjust if there is any problem. The glassware is made of high-temperature borosilicate glass, and the inner walls have undergone anti-static treatment, so dry powder will not stick to the inner walls under normal dry conditions.
4. For the spray drying of some drugs, in order to achieve the purpose of sterility, high temperature hot air can be used for disinfection before use. The air inlet is equipped with a filter to keep the air clean.
5. High precision dual fluid nozzle ensures long-lasting and precise atomization performance; The dried finished powder has natural spherical particles with uniform and consistent particle size distribution.
6. The specially designed height diameter ratio of the drying chamber and the structure of the cyclone separator ensure the high yield of spray samples.
