Product Introduction:
Centrifugal spray drying is widely used in liquid forming process and drying industry. It is suitable for generating powder and granular solid products from solution, lotion, suspension and paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, centrifugal spray drying is a very ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet accurate standards.
working principle:
The air is filtered and heated before entering the top air distributor of the dryer, and the hot air is evenly distributed in a spiral shape into the drying chamber. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and (rotating) spray into extremely fine droplets, which flow in parallel with hot air and can be dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
Drying Example:
Food: amino acids, vitamins, egg powder, bone meal, condiments, protein, milk powder, pig blood powder, soy sauce powder, coffee, tea powder, glucose, potassium sorbate, pectin, essence and spices, vegetable juice, yeast, starch, etc.
Ceramics: Aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, magnesium oxide, titanium oxide, magnesium titanate, clay, porcelain clay, various ferrites and metal oxides, etc.
Chemical products: polyaluminum chloride, dispersed dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalysts, white carbon black, laundry detergent, zinc sulfate, silicon dioxide, sodium metasilicate, potassium fluoride, calcium carbonate, potassium phosphate, inorganic catalysts, various waste liquids, etc.
Function description:
1. Adopting cone shock assisted cutting technology to better ensure smooth material cutting.
2. All pipelines adopt quick opening design, which is convenient for cleaning, loading and unloading.
3. We have introduced the inlet vortex shell and hot air distributor technology from Neru Company, and designed a unique distance between the atomizer and the tower top to achieve good hot air distribution and drying effects, and completely solve the problem of material inversion.
4. Adopting PLC programmable technology, the process flow and parameters are pre-set, and the touch screen animation displays the process flow. Fuzzy technology is used to automatically track and control variable parameters to achieve optimal drying effect.
