It has a diamond body and uses a thickened and reinforced special stainless steel microwave resonant cavity, which can accommodate various digestion tanks and process 1-6 samples; Simultaneously equipped with PT100 platinum resistance probe type temperature measurement and full tank pressure monitoring functions, non pulse continuous microwave output, high-frequency closed-loop feedback control and other means, the microwave chemical reaction process can be accurately controlled. Suitable for accurate determination of trace, trace and ultra trace elements in various samples using atomic spectroscopy such as atomic absorption spectrometer, ICP emission spectrometer, atomic fluorescence spectrometer, ICP mass spectrometer, and anodic dissolution analyzer.

Main features:

1. Adopting a large furnace cavity design with completely independent intellectual property rights, it can simultaneously accommodate 1-6 100ml ultra-high pressure digestion tanks;
2. Adopting Cambridge magnetron from the UK (5-year warranty) and professional uniform cavity (microwave resonant cavity); Industrial grade 1000W magnetron ensures long-term stable operation of the instrument;
3. Dual temperature and pressure measurement and control, precise control, actively preventing overheating and overpressure;
4. High precision anti-interference gas pressure sensor, using ideal gas control method, directly measures the actual reaction pressure inside the digestion tank, with a pressure measurement range of 0-10MPa and a pressure measurement accuracy of 0.01MPa;
5. Plug in high-sensitivity platinum resistance temperature sensor, directly measuring the actual reaction temperature inside the digestion tank, with a temperature measurement range of 0-300 ¡æ and a temperature measurement accuracy of ¡À 0.1 ¡æ;
6. It can measure and control the pressure and temperature inside any reaction tank, accurately displaying the chemical reaction process;
7. Multiple materials and different capacities can be selected, and a perfluorinated digestion tank or an FT double-layer digestion tank can be configured: the inner tank of the FT digestion tank is made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), and the sheath is made of imported material PEEK one-time die-casting, which is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and strong acid corrosion; Easy disassembly and assembly, fast cooling; Double pressure protection digestion tank with vent hole and sealed bowl; Up to 6 ultra-high pressure digestion tanks can be placed simultaneously at once; The furnace chamber ventilation adopts acid resistant and high air volume centrifugal fans with an exhaust volume of 5m3/min;
8. The patented technology features a one key start self-locking movable safety sliding door, which can resist accidental explosions and microwave leaks.
